State, Blue Fives Meet Butler Hopes to Avenge Two Years of Net Setbacks. Indiana State, the team that has trounced Butler's basketeers the last two years, will be the visitors’ attraction at the Bulldog fieldhouse tonight and the dope is not at all certain that Coach Tony Hinkle’s charges might not take their third straight on the chin from the Terre Haute collegians. Hinkle personally scouted the State pastimers Thursday night and saw them run rough shod over the Centenary Gentlemen, champions of the south, something that neither Ball State State nor De Pauw could accomplish. Today the veteran Butler mentor described Wally Macks five as a real quintet. Chesnut. the powerful center of the 1833 State crew, will not be on hand to trouble Butler as he did in last year's 40-21 rout, having turned professional. That fails to give Butler corasolation, however, because m his place is big John Mikiozek, a six-foot six inch former Wiley high school pivot man. The only thing that is worrying Coach Wally Marks is the fact his boys have shown indications of being a home floor team. They have looked great on the home hardwood only to slump on the road and this factor, together with the fact they will be playing on the big. open Butler floor is boosting Butler's hopes. The contest will start at 8:30.
