Dorothy Swift Is Married to C. W. Deitsch The marriage of Miss Dorothy Louise Swift, granddaughter of William L. Belt of Bloomington. 111., to Clarence W. Deitsch took place this morning at the Third Christian church. The Rev. William F. Rothenberger read the ceremony in the presence of immediate families and a few friends. Mrs. J. A. Hood played "To a Wild Rose," Beta Theta Pi "Sweetheart Song,” "At Dawning” and “O Promise Me.” The bride, who wore a tile silk and wool ensemble, was unattended. A wedding breakfast was served at the home of Mr. and Mrs. John Paul Lahr, 4921 Broadway. Mr. and Mrs Deitsch left for a wedding trip and will be at home after Dec. 1 at 5128 Park avenue. The bride is a graduate of Butler university and a member of Alpha Omicron Pi sorority. Mr. Deitsch was graduated from Indiana university law school and is a member of Beta Theta Pi and Phi Delta Phi fraternities. Out-of-town guests attending included Mr. and Mrs. Henry P. Deitsch and Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Deitsch, all of Evansville.
MRS, HOLLETT WILL BE TEA HOSTESS
Mrs. John Hollett, 4001 North Meridian street, will be hostess Friday afternoon at a silver tea for the benefit of St. Paul Episcopal church. The entertainment will include a program, prepared by Mrs. Irene Jarrard and Mrs. C. Raymond Miller. Receiving with Mrs. Hollett will be Mrs.' E. May Hahn, auxiliary society president; Mrs. William F. Mullen and Mrs. William Forsyth. Mrs. E. S. Doane. Petoskey, Mich., and Miss Betty Bisphan will preside at the tea table. Harry Greene, soprano, will sing "I Know,” by Spross, “Autumn,” by Rogers, “Cymric Lullaby” by Gunter, ‘‘Love Is the Wind” by Mitchell, “Who Knojvs” by Stickles and “I Love Life” by ManaZucca. She will be accompanied by Mrs. Earle Noggle. Mrs. Everett M. Schofield will give a reading, “My Lady's Fan.” MISS HENLEY TO TALK AT MUSEUM Woman’s Faculty Club of Butler university will hold its monthly meeting at the Children’s Museum, 1150 North Meridian street, at 3 next Wednesday. Miss Faye Henley, wall be the guest speaker and her subject will be "Museum Vistas.” Mrs. Frederick C. Mackey will be hostess chairman, and Mesdames Gino Ratti, Mervin C. Palmer, George F. Leonard. Walter L. Slifer, and Miss Aliena Grafton wall assist. Hospital Program Set Albert G. Hahn, Evansville, executive secretary of the Indiana Hospital Association, will speak on “The Hospital and the Public” at 7:30 tonight on the health beacon health and happiness program of the Methodist hospital over WKBF. Grace and Florence Ivor will play marimba duets, and Mrs. Paul Dorsey will sing. Music is to be p esented by the White Cross Guild, of which Mrs. Will C. Hitz is president. Miss Boehm Hostess Miss Margaret Julia Boehm entertained at her home, 535 North Bevill* avenue, yesterday for fifteen members of the St. Ann's Music Club of St. Philip Neri school. Miss Calland Names Party for Wedding Attendants have been named for the Retmier-Calland wedding ceremony which will be read at 9 Thanksgiving morning.
