ILLNESS IS FATAL TO MRS. GEORGE WEAVER Funeral Services for City Resident to Be Held Tomorrow. Mrs. George A. Weaver, 58, died at her home, 2223 South Brookside parkway. Wednesday night after an illness of several months. Mrs. Weaver was born in Paris, 111,, but had lived nearly all her life in Indiahapolis. Surviving her are a daughter, Mrs. Jeannette Joyce; a son, Windsor J. Weaver; two sisters, Mrs. Zoma Hyser and Mrs. Lillian Flynn, and one grandson, all of Indianapolis. Funeral services will be held at the home at 2 tomorrow afternoon with burial in Crown Hill. More than 150,000 persons are engaged in the automobile tire and accessory manufacturing business in this country.

Mr. Finnegan! Walks In, Out Again as Guests Flee. HE walked right in, turned around and walked right out again with $1.50. William R. Gillum, 913 Buchanan street, told police he was in the living room of his home with some guests last night, when a man strolled in from the kitchen. The party broke up as host and guests fled through the front door to the street. After the man was gone, it was discovered that $1.50 was missing from a mantle. CARROUJUDGE Law Changing Cities to Towns Is Illegal, Says Ruling. By Time* Special DELPHI, Oct, 20.—The act of the 1933 Legislature changing cities of less than 3,000 population to the status of towns is unconstitutional, Judge E. E. Pruitt of Carroll circuit court has ruled. The decree was handed down in the case of Albert H. Brewer, who sought a restraining order to prevent town elections here this fall.
