MEMORIAL FOR MILO H. STUART BEING PLANNED Proposal to Be Developed Slowly. Say Members of School Board. Proposed plans for a momrrial for Milo H Stuart, assistant suppnntfndrnt of schools and on#* of the builders of Arsenal Technical high school, is being developed slowly by the board of school commissioners. “It is not being pushed 'hrough at this time, for we desire to obtain the solid thought of the public, without using snap judgment in the matter," declared Julian Wetzel, president of the board, today. Possibility of Arsenal Technical high school's name being changed to incorpora'e that of Mr. Stuart is faint. If is believed that opposition would be met to a certain degree in change of the school's name Wetzel proposes, tentatively, that a memorial hall, to be called Stuart hall. ’ be erected on the Tech campus in honor of the city educator.
