ORDER UTILITY TO SURRENDER ITS RECORDS Public Service Commission Demands Files Needed by Investigator. Upon motion of Sherman Minton, public counselor, the public service commission Friday issued an requiring officials of the Public Service Company of Indiana to surrender records a: ked for by Mark Wolff, investigator for Minton. Wolff has been denied access to unit costs and other supporting data deemed necessary for the rate reduction case which commences Monday, Minton said. A letter to Perry McCart, commission chairman, from John N. Shannahan, company president, set out that the material sought by Wolff is not available, Minton explained. Minton filed the petition asking reductions affecting the entirp south system upon data provided by Wolff. No said Friday that the statute provides that any data sought by the commission must be made available to Wolff under the order giving him official authorization to proceed in the name of the commission.
