July 13—Hordes of gnawing grasshoppers invading northeastern Nebraska caused farmers to hurry to Governo. Charles W. Bryan Wednesday with pleas for aid. Times Coupons Pay Half Cost of Riverside Rides

First of ‘Fun Nights’ to Be Held Saturday, July 22, at Park. Starting Saturday night, July 22. just one week from next Saturday, The Indianapolis Times will inaugurate a series of “Times Fun Nights” at the big Riverside amusement park, and on these nights The Times will stand half the cost of your fun. through special arrangement with the park management. Beginning next Monday, all editions of The Times, each day, will print a coupon that will be ac•pted, with 5 cents, as full fare on 11 the rides, and fun concessions in Riverside each Saturday night. These are the Thriller, Flash, Mill Chutes, Motor Boats, Dodgem, Aerial Swing, Canals of Venice, Merry-Go-Round, Pretzel, Whip, Motor Speedway, Fun Castle and Tipsy Town. Without the coupon, the fare on

these concessions is 10 cents. There never is any charge made to enter Riverside amusement park, and you may ride on any of the rides napred at the half-fare rate as many times as you wish, provided you present a Times coupon and 5 cents for each trip. Therefore, it will be wise to clip out the coupons from every issue of The Times and save them for a big Saturday night for the whole family at Riverside. You must have the coupons to participate in the bargain rates each Saturday night. Otherwise you will have to pay the full fare of 10 cents on each ride. Keep your scissors handy, clip, clip, at a nickel a clip, and take the whole family, including grandma and the baby, out to Riverside for an evening of fun and Watch for the daily coupons.
