Mooney will see the outside world next Monday. Mooney, serving a life sentence at San Quentin prison on conviction of causing the Preparedness day blast here in 1916. will be moved to the San Francisco county jail Monday, in preparation for anew trial set for April 16. Although the verdict will not affect his status as a life-termer. Mooney demanded the trial. He claimed he thus could demonstrate his claims of innocence. Tne prisoner has seen modern motor cars and other products of the past sixteen years, but only inside prison walls.
