We intend to prosecute to the limit.” According to jail lecords, Wednesday was the “lightest” day for incarceration of drunks or liquor law violators in a two-year "eriod, with only one offender behind the bars. Since the week-end arrests and imprisonments beginning Monday, there never has been more than five offenders lodged at county expense. On the same day in March there were twice as many offenders on the three-day average. The total jail population Wednesday was 221, compared to nearly 300 a year ago. In 1932 monthly averages showed between 275 and 230 prisoners in jail on all charges. Evangelical Parley Is Set lt;> i nilc 4 Prc KENDALLVILLE, Ind.. April 21Bishop L. H.
