In addition to this feat. Dawson rolled a dandv 881 Wednesday night during the Uptown League play. All members of the Case team passed the 600 mark and the club finish' and with a total of 3.230 and won two from Uptown Plumbing anti Heating, who had Stevenson. Mathews and Holt rolling scores of 693. 674 and 647 for a team total of 3.105. All other contests also were decided two to one. Fifty-fourth Street Merchants. The world's match game championship contest, between Joe Falcaro. tlie champ, and Joe Miller of Buffalo, that was to have opened in Philadelphia Saturday night, has been postponed indefinitely. Falcaro being in a New York hospital sufiorinE - from a bullet wound in his groin Falcaro was shot during an alleged quarrel over a woman. Wuensch had the high game of 255 to roll 62a. as Krebs. Fehr and Espey counted 649, 618 and 609. Fry assumed the honor position during the L. S. Ayres League series at Pritchett's rolling a total of 638 with games of 183’ 232 and 223. Bill Burnett continued his last pace in the Elk’s League at the Hotel Antler drives, his latest flight showing a 723 count on games of 224, 244 and 255 Burnett stated several weeks ago he intended to bring his season's mark up to 200 and he has delivered. Burns rolled 623 Wipsman, 61B: Millington, 603; Lovick, 628. and Stahl, 608. Top scoring was bunched during the American Central Life League session. Conn. Loman and Koelling producing counts of 638. 633 and 629. All members of the Sinclair Refining team were over the 500 mark and these boys took three games from Citizens Motor Car during the Automotive League play on the Illinois alleys, as Republic Creosote and Piston Service won two from Eagle Machine No. 2 and National Refining. L Jacobs smoked his cigar all evening and rolled the league leading total of 633 with games of 186. 247 and 200. E. Yount had 601.

The swimmers compete today in the 220-yard free style, 220-yard breast stroke and the 400-yard relay.

Butler in Easy Win * Sears, Bradford and Tauer Take Two Firsts in Track Meet. By Time* Bprcinl ST. LOUIS, Mo., March 31. Paced by Sears. Tauer and Bradford with two victories each. Butler U. of Indianapolis captured first place in eleven of fifteen events to win their first outdoor dual track meet of the season here Thursday. The Hoosier Buhdogs defeated Washington U. of St. Louis, 82 to 49. Washington won the mile relay, high jump, javelin and discus events. Ray Sears captured the half mile and mile races, Tauer the 100-yard dash and 120-vard high hurdles, and Bradford the 220-yard dash and 220yar low hurdles. Zahn added a first in the 440yard dash, and Love. Boaz and Felter of Butler all tied for first in the two-mile run. Ewing took the pole vault for the Hoosiers, while Cosgrove scored five points in the broad jump. Elser tossed the shot 43 feet. 8 inches for a first. Butler placed second in nine events.

Running over a soft track, Graceful Lad covered six furlongs in 1:16 3-5, while Axtel went a mile in 1:46. Friend Charley’s threequarter trial in 1:17 was the only other worthwhile work.
