Dorothy Ayers Loudon, nationally famous Home Economics expert, former state food specialist at North Dakota Agricultural College, member of President Hoover’s Food Conservation Commission, is thoroughly familiar with all phases of home economics. A pleasant manner in demonstrating won her a ivide following among Indianapolis women at last year’s Institute.

Whose chatty lectures and excellent recipes won her a large following at last year’s Better Housekeeping Institute, returns to Indianapolis with new and helpful ideas for the housewife, homemaker and hostess. On a model stage, in full view of the audience, Mrs. Loudon will demonstrate the simpie, but effective, latest secrets of cookery and modern home-making. Remember the doors open each afternoon, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 1 p. m. Demonstration starts promptly at 2 p. m. Mrs. Loudon will also conduct an evening session Thursday at 8 p. m.
