HORSES GO DEMOCRATIC Park Board Chan Its Their Name* to Fred and Paul. immediately after the park board today acquired possession of two horses named Major and Charley, the names were changed to Paul and Fred for two Democratic victors in the election Tuesday, Custody of the horses, all that remain following motorization of the police department, was changed from the safety to the park board. All the other animals had been dis posed of and the remaining two were "eating their heads off." while being “farmed out,” it was reported. The horses will be used for light hauling work.
