K\j United Pre* VIENNA, July 18.—Queen Marie of Rumania has arrived at Moedling, near Vienna, where her daughter. Princess Ileana, is expecting the birth of a child soon. The princess married Archduke Anton of Hapsburg July 26, 1931. rector of the syndicate and head man of the gang." Other “big shots” named in the investigation report include: Ralph Capone (Als brother), listed as “collector and in charge of retail business.” Phil D'Andrea, Capone's bodyguard, who was sent to jail because he carried a revolver to his superior's income tax fraud trial. Jack Guzik. described as a “financier and the head of the gang since Capone’s departure,” although Guzik. too, is in the penitentiary. The report supplants a previous one under which Capone and sixtyeight others were indicted. Capone pleaded guilty to the charges and then withdrew his plea when his attempt to bargain with Federal Judge James H. Wilkerson was futile. *
