STONE CHARGES FAVORTISM IN GRAIN TRADING Farm Board Head Asserts Chicago Board of Trade Is Discriminating. /;•/ r ,1,U4 Vr,,, WASHINGTON, Juno 2.~-Chair-man .Jamc.% C Stone of the federal farm beard said today that an unofficial investigation had convinced him that co-operative organizations were being discriminated again- 1 in thn Chicago Board of Trade. Next Wednesday the grain futures commission, composed of the secretary of agriculture, the secretary of commerce and the attorneygeneral, will begin its hearing of charges by the Farmers National Grain Corporation that the Board of Trade was violating the grain futures act by discriminating against the co-operative.
