John Kelly, slate legion athletic officer, assisted by George McAlevy of Spalding's, will register the boys lat Spalding s store, Circle Tower building. 9 East Market street, any | time before May 28. This is to get i the boys classified into positions, ages, names of teams they play on and other organization work which would tend to bother the boys at the ball park. After a few lessons have been given efforts will be made to organize the unattached boys into ’ junior teams. ‘Lost ’ Again? Visiting Children See Spot ‘Where Governor Ought to Be.’

“TS the Governor in?” X This inquiry was made at the office of Governor Harry G. Leslie Thursday afternoon by Harvey Forsythe, Noblesville, a tall and jovial appearing Hoosier. Forsythe was one of the members of the Noblesville Kiwanis Club, who was escorting the annual pilgrimage of eighth graders of the Noblesville schools on a tour of the statehouse. He wanted them to meet the Governor. ‘‘The Governor will not be here until Monday.” he was informed. Soon the dozens of school children appeared at the door of the office of the chief executive. ’’Come right in children and see the place where the Governor ought to be.” Forsythe invited with a broad grip. Afterward attaches of Leslie's office alleged that "he must have been a Democrat.” In the Air Weather conditions at 9 a. m.t East wind. 5 miles an hour; temperature. 73; barometric pressure. 30.12 at sea level; ceiling, clear, unlimited: visibility, 8 miles; field good.
