Marsh, president of Boston university, due to a technicality which calls for reports to be in mimeographed form. The conference passed a compromise measure Wednesday providing for retirement of bishops at ages ranging from 70 to 73 years. Retirement will be mandatory for a bishop whose seventieth birthday falls in June preceding a quadrennial general conference.
