NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the Bth day of January. 1932, a petition signed by more than fifty freeholders and voters of Lawrence Township, Marlon County State of Indiana, was filed In the office of the Auditor of said County, and that said Auditor by indorsement thereon, then and there designated 10 o'clock a. m.. on the 3rd day of February, 1932. as the date upon which said petition will be presented to the Board. The following is a description of the highway proposed to be improved. to-wit: The Will Mock Road, from a point In Oaklandon at State Road No. 67 (Old Road No. 67(. east to the Hancock County Line.
