Gives Play The whole community is given an especial invitation to the Christmas eve service to be held at the Irvington Presbyterian church on Thursday evening at 11 o’clock. The Mummers are presenting a beautiful Christmas play, “The Maid of France,’’ by Harold Briphouse. The characters are taken by Mary Brown, Nancy Hall, Park Newton, J. T. Isaacs, and James Zoercher. It is being directed by George Gable. The singing of the carols will begin promptly at eleven o'clock.
