CHILD HYGIENE WORK REVEALS FINE INCREASE Gratifying Gain Is Shown in Report Made by Dr. Morgan. Gratifying Increase in work of the child hygiene division of the health board for the first six months of the year was reported today by Dr. Herman G. Morgan, city health officer. Total attendance of 11,506, an increase of more than 1,500, at baby clinics is shown in report of Miss Glenn Burton, child hygiene division supervisor, to Dr. Morgan. Cole and Irby had been charged with selling liquor at the drug store Irby promised he would turn state's evidence and shortly later he disappeared. His body was found April 7, 1929, in a lake near Wewoka.
