car a* the boys stopped while en route to their homes from American schools. The funeral train left late Wednesday and will arrive at Laredo, Tex., on the international border, shortly after 4 p. m. today. Two personal representatives of Governor W. H. Murray, accompanying the bodies, will return from there, while Salvador Rubio, another nephew of the president, will continue as escort to Mexico City. High state legal talent, augmented by Mexican aid, will be turned to efforts to convict Guess and Crosby when they go on trial, probably about June 22. Senor H. Valdez, Mexican consul at Oklahoma City, expressed satisfaction at the state investigation of the slayings. Salvador Rubio and several other witnesses presented the prosecution’s case while the two officers gave the only defense testimony. Rubio said the deputies did not identify themselves as officers until after the shooting. Theodore Corgeson testified he reached 'the scene of the shooting and heard Crosby say, as he bent over the body of Gomez: “I got this old boy.” All previous Information had been that Guess killed both youths.

Wellman later moved to Irvington, engaging in the contracting business, and aided in the construction of the first buildings of Butler college.
