Hall, Chicago, in a quiet ceremony to be performed at 3:30 this afternoon at her parents’ home, in the presence of the families, and a few close friends. The Rev. John W. McFall, Rushvilla, will perform the ceremony before an improvised altar of palms and ferns banking the fireplace, flanked on each side with cathedral candles in seven-branch candelabrae and standards holding baskets of •pring flowers. City Camp Fire Girls Attend Annual Two-Day Conference

Two girls from every Camp Fire group in Indianapolis left today for Heflin’s camp, near Edinburg, to attend the annual two-day instruction course and camp conference. Delegates were to return Sunday afternoon. Courses offered at the conference include work in handicraft, camp craft, first aid and general instructions in preparation for the annual summer camp. A specialty of the conference was to be outdoor cooking of all meals in keeping with the 1931 Camp Fire birthday project of international relations. The conference is in charge of Mrs. Mary Heagy, assisted by Misses Kathleen Klaiber, Louise Reiter, Mary Marshall, Ethelmae Miller, Martha Scott, Mrs. Katherine Burns, nurse, and Mrs. Ralph Stratman, Mrs. Edythe Derbyshire, Indianapolis; Mrs. Helen Potts of Brazil, Mrs. Robert W. ing the number of people who read and appreciate poetry. The Indiana Poetry Society was formed ten years ago, and this year will mark the fifth annual observance of National Poetry week. Charter members of the organization are: Mesdames Carl Taylor, Carl Lleber, Carrie Hunt Latta, Francis Morrison Rabb, Josephine Duke Motley .Cora Young Wiles, Walter Flandorff, Misses Mabelle Chitwood, Lucille Ballard and June Winona Snyder. Mrs. Taylor was elected president of the group at the time of its organization, and has served in that capacity ever since. There are now more than two hundred members. The society publishes a magazine of poetry quarterly, of which Mrs. Taylor is the managing editor, and which serves as a medium for the expression of the talent of members. Jane Fargo Will Marry Mr. Baxter Marriage of Miss Jane Fargo, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C. O. Fargo, 3737 Guilford avenue, to Norman Baxter, son of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur R. Baxter, 5110 North Meridian street, will be solmenized at 8:30 tonight at the Central Methodist Episcopal church. The Rev.* Frank L. Roberts will officiate. The chancel will be banked with palms and ferns, studded with roses and spring flowers. 'Hie altar will be lighted with cathedral candles in seven-branch candelabra at either side. The pews reserved for the families will be marked with white ribbon, and the aisle, down which the bridal party will move, will be designated with white ribbon streamers. Miss Louise Swan, organist, will Play. Emory Baxter Best Man Miss Mary Jewell Fargo will be her sister’s maid of honor. She will wear a gown of pink net over taffeta and will carry Sweetheart roses. The bridesmaids. Misses Delight Baxter, Mary Fulton, Gladys Hackelman and Charlotte Yates* of Erie, Pa., will wear similar frocks of the net o\ er taffeta, in shades of orchid, peach, green and blue, respectively, and will carry arm bouquets of pink roses. The bride will wear a gown of bridal blush' satin, fashioned with ankle length skirt, and a long train, and long tight sleeves, trimmed with lace and seed pearls. Her veil of tulle will be arranged with a tulle cap, edged with lace, and a band of orange blossoms at the back. She will wear a single strand of pearls, and carry’ Bride roses, gardenias, Orchids and lilies of the valley, j Reception by Parents A reception at the home of the bridegroom’s parents, will follow the ceremony. Mrs. Baxter will receive in a gown of blue lace with a shoulder corsage of roses. Mrs. Fargo will wear a gown of coral lace, and shoulder corsage of roses. The home will be decorated in the bride’s colors, pink and blue, carried out in spring ’flowers, arranged throughout the house, and greenery. The bride’s table will be centered with a wedding cake on a plateau of greenery and flowers, lighted with tapers in the two colors. Following the reception, Mr. Baxter and his bride will leave for a wedding trip through the east. They will stop at White Sulphur Springs, W. Va., Washington and New York. They will be at home after June 1 at 5441 Washington boulevard. Mr. Baxter attended Wabash college, where he was a member of Beta Theta Pi fraternity. LUNCHEON TO BE GIVEN FOR GUEST Mrs. Lafayette Page will entertain today with a luncheon for ten guests at Woodstock club, in honor of her house guest, Mme. Olga Samaroff of Juilliard Foundation Graduate School of Music, New York. Mme.
