Girl Scouts to Honor • Mothers Indianapolis Girl Scouts will obterve Mother's day by preparing the noonday meal Sunday, following with a tea or program during the afternoon at the headquarters of the various troops, to make the day one of rest and recreation for their mothers. The plan is being sponsored by the national organization of Girl Scouts, and organizations all over the United States are following the tcHedule as nearly as possible. Mrs. Ida Bailey Allen, president of the National Radio Homemakers Club of the Columbia Broadcasting Company, will broadcast a menu for the Mother's day dinner during her chat program at 10 Thursday morning, over state WABC, New York. Gifts from girls to mothers have been suggested and also that they gather flowers from their gardens, to make homes attractive in honor of s he day. Troops that have regular houses or meeting places will hold the afternoon teas in them. Other troops will hold afternoon parties at homes of members. In entertaining their mothers, the Girl Scouts hope not only to make a holiday for them, but to show the useful things th’y have learned in their scouting. They will demonstrate their skill in cooking, preparing the table for a meal and their ability to be gracious hostesses. City Attorney Will Address P. T. A. Group Parent-Teacher Association of School 15 will have a banquet and meeting tonight at the school. Russell Willson, attorney, will be the speaker. The prize for school attendance during the year will be presented following the dinner. A musical program will include songs by Milton Dills, and the mother's chorus of the association. Miss Ella Frietzche will give a history of the association. Lennel O. Royer will be the toastmaster. Other short talks will be made by Mrs. E. E. Daily, president, and the Rev. Ambrose Asgeter. Mrs. L. O. Royer, chairman of the finance committee, is in charge of arrangements. Six hundred members are expected to attend. Jane Fargo Is Honored Guest at Card Party Mrs. H. H. Woodsmall Jr. entertained Tuesday night at her home, 3537 North Pennsylvania street, with a bridge party in honor of Miss Jane Fargo, whose marriage to Norman Baxter will take place May 23. Sorority Will Meet Alpha chapter, Delta Tau Omega sorority, will meet at 8 tonight at the Antlers. cycuTTnjuries fatal Riley Tracy, Whiteland, Second to Die in Franklin Crash. * Injuries he suffered when his motorcycle crashed head-on with an auto on a hill near Franklin Sunday proved fatal to Riley Tracy, 19, of Whiteland, in Robert Long Hospital Tuesday night. His w r as the second fatality resultant from the accident. Oren Smith, 17, of Whiteland, riding with Tracy, died in the crash.

POMP TO MARK DEDICATION OF CITYAIRPORT Elaborate Program to Be Arranged for Event, Sept. 11, 12, 13. Preparations for dedicating municipal airport definitely were under way today, following setting of Sept. 11, 12, and 13 as tentative dates by city and Chamber of Commerce officials, meeting with Mayor Reginald H. Sullivan Tuesday. The group discussed a plan whereby the chamber will underwrite expneses of the program. Committees to arrange details of the event and raise money will be named at once. - Efforts will be made to bring army and navy plants here to participate in the program and to bring the new giant dirigible, now being constructed at Akron, O. Famous fliers of the country also will be invited to participate in races and stunts. Bleachers are to S be erected for spectators. Attending the conference were Mayor Sullivan, E.
