MRS, CROWE'S TRIAL DELAYED I Continuance Revealed for Congressman’s Wife. Without notices to witnesses, the municipal court liquor cases against Mrs. Daisy Crowe of Bedford, wife of Representative Eugene B. Crowe, Third district congressman, and her son, Barney, were continued late Wednesday until April 22. This second continuance was not revealed until this morning when witnesses arrived in court to testify only to find that the defendants had gained another delay. Mrs. Crowe is charged with drunkenness, driving while drunk and falling to stop at a preferential street. Her son is charged with drunkenness. The charges were filed after Mrs. Crowe is alleged to have struck another car and wrecked a filling station at Troy and Madison avenues, Feb. 24. When asked about the continuance, Judge Clifton R.
