Indiana ihat It Is desired and deemed necessary to make the following Improvements at the Walnut and Street Playground, a part of th P*rlc and boulevard system of the City of Indianapolis. . . .... To furnish and construct a chain link fence around the Walnut and Spring Street Playground. All In accordance •with the plans and specifications now on file In the office of the engineer of the Board of Park Commissioners and subject to the supervision of said engineer. Said Improvement Is for park purposes and Is to be made In accordance with plans and specifications on file In the office of the Board of Park Commissioners of said City: that said Board has fixed Thursday tne 19th day of March 1931 at 3:00 o'clock p. m. at the office of said Board in the City Hall, as the time and place for the public consideration of said improvement, at which time said Board of Park Commissioners will receive sealed bids for the construction of said Improvement. . All bids must be submitted on blank form No. 96 as prescribed by the Btate Board of Accounts of Indiana, which form will be furnished to the Contractors from the office of the Engineer. The successful bidder will be required to comply with the specifications now on file in the office of the Engineer of the Board of Park Commissioners and each bidder shall deposit a certified check in the amount of $100.00; said check to be certified by a reputable Bank or Trust Company doing business in the City of Indianapolis. . , , .
