You may or may not be an expert in the study of faces, but undoubtedly you realize that in the numerous contacts of business and social life the ability to analyze and remember faces is of tremendous importance and value. $ For sometimes The Indianapolis Times has been collectingpictures of twins with a view to publishing them as an interesting study in facial resemblances. Before printing them in pairs The Times hit on the idea of printing them separate so that the readers may test their skill. This thing that the scientists call physiognomy is absorbingly interesting, too, and it is because it is so interesting to so many thousands of people that The Times announces this plan to its readers. This will be an interesting, entertaining and profitable recreation for fall evenings. All you have to do is to watch the columns of The Indianapolis Times daily over a period of twenty days; clip out the pictures that will appear each day; match the pictures correctly in pairs and send them in to The Times Twin Contest Editor with your name and address attached. Beginning Thursday, October 23rd, until November 14th these pictures will appear in The Times. These pictures will be of some person who is a twin and who lives in Indianapolis or the surrounding territory. You may know, personally, one or more of these sets of twins whose pictures will appear. If so the game will be that much easier for you, but there will be others whom you do not know and here skill and careful scrutiny must be brought into action. Read the rules carefully and be sure you understand them.
