GAS CO. ACTION DEMANDED BY WORKS BOARD Issue Resolution Asking Steps Be Taken for Property Transfer. Another demand on the Citizens I Gas Company to take steps to transfer the property to the city under, the 1905 franchise, was made Friday by the board of works. A resolution prepared by John W. Holtzman and Fred C. Gausc, I attorneys for the city, was issued by the board. The resolution set up the city’s rights and repeated the city’s demand for action.
