Ru I'nitfrl Prr PARIS, May 23.—The air is all wet: that is to say, there apparently is no prohibition in the heavens. Traascontinental and international airplanes which have been carrying passengers between London and Paris and Berlin and Brussels to Rome, to Constantinople and North Africa, most of which are equipped with bars, do not have to worry about prohibition restrictions, closing hours and such joykilling regulations as affect ships under American flag. Although London has closing hours in its bars, beyond which no one ever transgress;and Belgium has anti-liquor laws, and Italy has certain liquor drinking restrictions, all these are o' no importance whatever in the air.
