STUTZ REPORTS GAIN IN ORDERS FOR CITYAUTOS Unfilled Contract Increase 25 Per Cent; Work Is . Given 2,000 Men. With a total of 2,000 men in Indianapolis employed on work of building Stutz automobiles, the Stutz Motor Company has 25 per cent more unfilled orders than on Oct. 1, 1929, Just before the crash of the stock market. Business charts at the Stutz plant show a 300 per cent increase in business in April over March, and a 300 per cent increase in May business over April business. B CHICAGO,* May 21.—Police expected to leam today from Mrs. Mary Marshman, a former Northwestern uinversity student and a radio entertainer, the reason Harry Anthony, giant Toledo (O.) racketeer, was “taken for a ride” here May 7. Believed to be the blonde Mickey Anthony lived with in a south side hotel for three weeks before he was slain by gunmen, the young woman was arrested Tuesday at Canton, 111., and held for return here. Lieutenant Walter Storms said he had learned that two days before Anthony was killed, while he and the woman were riding together on the south side, two men in another automobile forced Anthony’s car to the curb, chased him into a garage and threatened to kill him unless he stopped associating with the woman.
