POLICE SEEKING CHORUS GIRL IN AUTOACCIDENT Car Collides With Milk Wagon at 2:45 A. M.: One Injured. Police are seeking a chorus girl, who is appearing at a burlesque theater here, for questioning regarding an automobile-wagon collision at 2:45 this morning in which one man was injured and another was arrested for driving while intoxicated. John C. Robinson, 30, of 3158 East Fall Creek boulevard, alleged driver of the car in which the showgirl, Miss Ann Messier, was riding, is held on charges of driving while intoxicated. Ray Bunce, 31, of 442 North Sherman drive, Polk Milk Company driver, whose wagon was struck, w r as taken to city hospital suffering from severe Injuries. Trio Runs Away Following the crash, which occurred at Twenty-second street and Capitol avenue, a man and two women ran away from the car driven by Robinson, police were told. Miss Fern Rowe, 2259 North Capitol avenue, found a pocketbook dropped by one of the women which contained a letter addressed to Miss Messier. Robinson is alleged to have admitted his companions were two show girls and a male friend. Horse Breaks Loose The collision caused the horse to break loose from the milk wagen and to run away. It later was caught at 2339 North Capitol avenue. Police visited the Messier girl’s hotel room and found her absent two hours after the crash. Strands of a woman’s hair and blood in the rear seat of Robinson’s car indicated a woman may have been injured in the wreck, police said.
