NEW CEMETERY TO BE STARTED Agreement to Drop Suit Is Reached by Attorneys. Immediate action toward developing of Indianapolis Memorial Park, a cemetery, on Kessler boulevard, prevented more than three years because of an amendment to the city zoning code, was foreseen today in an agreement of attorneys to withdraw an injunction suit pending in county courts. Repeal of the amendment was asked of the city council by the city legal department Monday night, and it is understood an agreement between litigants today awaits the signature of Mayor Reginald H. Sullivan. Under present plans, work will be started at once on a $1,000,000 mausoleum. The structure will be of Gothic architecture with about 6,500 compartments. Council also delayed passage of an ordinance providing for a contract with the Indianapolis Power and Light Company to furnish steam in the city hall.
