Bn t nilr<l /'res* Milwaukee, ‘April 29.—The ‘beer racket” that Morris Coleman, workman, stumbled onto by chance was ended today and even Steve and Joe Teran, brothers who operate a drinking parlor had to chuckle when their case was thrown out of court.' With a friend Coleman entered the drinking place and said: “Pour a couple of beers for a couple of drys.” He meant they were thirsty, but to the Teran brothers the term "dry” means a prohibition agent. The Terans refused pay for the beer. This went on for days until the Teran brothers investigated and had Coleman arrested. “You know I didn’t represent myself as a prohibition agent,” declared Coleman In court Monday. “But you acted like one," Insisted the brothers. Commissioner Kellogg dismissed the case amid laughter. A spectator with a sense of humor approached the Terans and said: “How’s for a cigar? I’m a dry.” He got the cigar.
