MARS. VENUS ARE INHABITED, SAYS SAVANT Scientist Contends Animal Life Is Possible on Both Planets. Bv United Pre so PHILADELPHIA, March 27.—The theory that both Mars and Venus are inhabited has been advanced by Dr. Charles P. Olivier, professor of astronomy, University of Pennsylvania, director of the Flower observatory and president of the American Meteor Society. He contends that while It Is extremely probable both planets are habitated by animals, Venus is more likely to be the abode of higher developed forms of life than Mars. Mars, according to the professor, does not have a temperature exceeding that of 60 degrees, even at midday of summer, and frequently the temperature drops below the freezing point at night. “One can conclude then that life does exist on Mars,” Dr. Olivier said, “but one scarcely can expect higher forms of life. Reptiles, fishes and. birds would be likely, but higher animals unlikely.” On the other hand, Venus, receiving more light and heat from the sun than the earth, would be more likely to be the abode of higher forms of life. Dr. Olivier said that while the STOMACH UPSET Get at the real cause. That’s what thousands of stomach sufferers are doing now. Instead of taking tonics, or trying to patch up a poor digestion, they are attacking the real cause of the ailment—clogged liver and disordered bowels. , Dr. Edwards’ Olive Tablets help arouse the liver in a soothing, healing way. When the liver and bowels are performing their natural functions, people rarely suffer from indigestion and stomach troubles. Have you a bad taste, coated tongue, poor appetite, a lazy, don’tcare feeling, no ambition or energy trouble with undigested foods? Try Olive Tablets, the substitute for calomel. Dr. Edwards’ Olive Tablets are a purely vegetable compound. Know them by their olive color. They do the work without griping, cramp or pain. All druggists. 15c, 30c and 60c. A HEALTHY body is vigorous, strong and sound. It is man’s and woman’s greatest asset. It demands that the red-blood-cells shall not be decreased in number. The red-blood-cells are its workers —5,000,000 to the cubic millimeter. They give to the blood its color and are carriers of nourishment to every part of the body. Rich, red blood wards off disease. It is very dangerous to let the blood count remain below normal. Even though you have allowed your blood count to get too low, with resulting ill health, you may still be strong and well again. With an increase in the red-blood-cells, you will be on the right rod to Health. This is Nature’s way to
