103 TRUE BILLS ARE VOTED BY FEDERAL JURY Rum Industry Dealt Severe Blow in County: Indict 11 in Still Case. Dealt a severe blow by a federal grand jury Thursday, the liquor industry in Marion county today prepared to deliver up sixty-eight of its alleged practitioners to the law. Returning 103 indictments, the grand jury named about two persons In its report. Number of liquor indictments outside the county was not known, since the grand jury did not divulg names of central Indiana citizen indicted, pending check of records as to who Is in jail and who at liberty on bonds. Win Still Case Eleven men were indicted in connection with a conspiracy revealed when federal operatives raided a giant still near Montezuma early in December. Tony Ferracane, who has served one prison term for liquor violations, and Robert Glover, accused as purveyor of booze to bellboys of downtown hotels, also were named in true bills. Those indicted in connection with the Montezuma still included: Mario Bonacarsi, Clinton wholesale grocer, alleged to have supplied sugar for the 30.000-gallon still; Vlctorio Bornachi. his clerk; John D. Sturm, owner of the farm on which the plant was located; Carl Snodgrass, Theodore Choleva, William Choleva. Albert Moore, Angelo Stefani, Thomas Crone and Joseph Prohaska, all of near Clinton. Caught Unloading Ferracane was arrested several months ago when he is alleged to have been caught unloading a load of liquor at his north side home. Federal agents say Glover had SI,OOO worth of liquor in his home at 1901 East Minnesota street when they raided it. Fifty-eight others were charged with liquor violations. The remainder of the indictments charged violations of the Dyer act, postal regulations, narcotic laws and other charges. CITY WOMAN DIES Body I* Found in Room; Heart Disease Believed Death Cause. Heart disease is believed to have caused the death of Mrs. Mary J. Bockover. 42. found dead in her room at 1028 North Delaware street, early today. A son. William Bockover. resides in Wabash, and her stepfather, W. D. Ray of Logansport was chief of the fire department in that city until Jan. 1 of this year.

Laurens L. Henderson
Speedy enforcement of all criminal laws is promised by Laurens L. Henderson. 29, attorney, who today announced his candidacy for the Republican nomination for Marion county prosecutor. Henderson has been active in Republican politics, having been district manager for President Hoover’s campaign in 1928. He is the son of Charles R. Henderson, former judge of Greene-Sullivan circuit court. He is married, has one son and resides at 23 Hampton Court. After graduation from Shortridge high school, Henderson attended Dartmouth college and University of Michigan law school. Henderson pledges himself to conduct the office “on a fair, just and economical basis.”
HOUSE FIRE SPREADS Sparks Hit Grocery, Causing Damage of $2,200. Spread of a fire from the residence of Leroy Bullock, 305 North Addison street, to a grocery operated by Charles Tinsley at 301 North Addison street, resulted in damage toaling $2,200 late Thursday. Sparks from a flue caused the fire, which did $1,900 damage to the home and $300 damage to the store. An overheated electric iron started a fire in the residence of E. P. Warren. 5623 Carrollton avenue, Thursday afternoon, causing damage of $350. Sparks from a welding torch set fire to waste rags in the Hayes Body Corporation spray room at 1301 West Morris street, causing $350 damage.
