she was struck by a Consumer's Power company truck. She asked damages of $25,000 from the power company, claiming a permanent injury to her knee which prevented her from teaching physical education.

NEGRO PARK ABANDONED Action on a resolution to acquire property for a Negro park at White River boulevard and Belmont avenue was rescinded Thursday by the park board. Michael E. Foley, board member.
