Girl Scouts to Receive Honor Awards in Session at BroadwayM. E. Church November court of awards for the Indianapolis Girl Scouts will be held at the Broadway Methodist Episcopal church at 7:30 Friday night with Mrs. Harold B. Tharp, chairman of the court of awards, presiding. First and second class, gold star, silver star, and observer honors will be bestowed by Mrs. E. Blake Francis. Dr. J. Don Miller will award first aid, child nurse, health winner, home nurse, health guardian, and Bcout aid honors.

Laundress, dressmaker, cook, needlewoman, home service, canner. housekeeper, hostess, and handywoman awards will be made by Mrs J. R. Farrell. Mrs. H. B. Burnet will award artist, craftsman, scribe dancer and journalist honors. E. S Pearce will have charge of the services for archer, horsewoman, life saving, swimming and sailor and T. C. MICHAEL STRANGL TO GIVE READINGS

Michael Strange, poet, playwright and actress, will give readings from her own poems and dramas Thursday, Dec. 5, as the second of a series of three lectures to be given this winter by Tudor Hall school. Arthur Guiterman, poet, will speak Feb. 10 on “Songs and Laughter.” A group of lectures is provided each year by the school. Farents and friends of the students are invited to attend.
