DEGREVE United Pre** Staff Corre.pondent WASHINGTGON, Nov. 15.—Organized labor in America today stood pledged to a vigorous campaign toward complete unionization of workers in states south of the MasonDixion line. Without a dissenting vote, more than one hundred leaders of national and international labor unions, affiliated with the American Federation of Labor. Thursday night adopted a report of a committee which had been instructed to suggest means of conducting the gigantic task.
