STIMSON WILL ATTEND PARLEY Secretary of State Chosen to Head U. S. Party. /? r nit erf f'rm* WASHINGTON. Oct. 18—Henry TANARUS,. Slim son. secretary of state, has selected to head Americas delegation to the five-power naval limitations conference in London next January, it was learned today. The selection was made by President Hoover, who is withholding official announcement at the present. Whether the secretary will be the only delegate apparently has not been decided, although the names of several senators and at least two ambassadors to European courts have been mentioned, unofficially, as possible delegates.
