Bu Reririp.-Hotrnrd \rirgpnotr AlUnnre WASHINGTON, Oct. 4.—Final arrangements for sale of Boulder Dam power by the government will be made at a conference here Oct. 34. Secretary of Interior Wilbur has called the conference. The following, who have asked to buy part or all of the power output of the project, will be represented: City of Los Angeles, Metropolitan Water district, Southern California Edison Company, Southern Sierres Power Company, and the states of Nevada and Utah. There also will be present Professor W. F. Durand of Stanford university, consulting engineer for the reclamation bureau, and L. N, McClellan, chief electrical engineer.
