PLAN TO FORM MANAGER CLUBS IN ALL WARDS City League Gets Busy in Preparation for Nov. 5 Election. BY EDWIN V. O'NEEL. Organization of City Manager: League Clubs in factories, stores and downtown buiMings will be started •oon in preparation for the Nov. 5 j election, to educate voters to the I need for supporting the city manager ticket. Claude H. Anderson, directing the campaign, will assign volunteer workers to form the clubs throughout the city. Already a manager club has been formed in the First ward and steps are being taken to set up clubs in ; Irvington and on the South side near Fountain Square. Persons interested in supposing the manager leagues program to establish a successful manager form of government will be innted to join. Mrs. Elsa Huebner Olson, women’s organizer and John L.
