BOULDER DAM LAND SCHEMES APPEAR HERE Better Business Bureau Warns Promoters Are Promising Riches. Investigate thoroughly before ■ on invest any money in Boulder Dam land promotion scheme', the Better Business Bureau warned Indianapolis citizens today. The warning followed receipt of information one set, of promoters is trying to sell to Indianapolis persons land within a few mile c of Miland. Cal., a village of 300 near which eight persons were found dead from exhaustion and laric of water as thev tried ro cross the desert in an ancient automobile several days ago. Verdant Land of Promiv The promoters are describing the desert as verdant and of promise. The bureau warning says the. fame flood of schemes as followed the Muscle Shoals development, m Tennessee is in the wake of congressional authorization of the Boulder dam project.
