June 21—Millions of dollars for the spread of birth control information, was provided in the will of Charles P. Brush, inventor. filed here for probate. The exact amount of Brush's estate is not known, but he was a multi-millionaire. After leaving SIOO,OOO to a church, his old mansion to his daughter and choice art works to the Cleveland Art Museum, Brush willed most of the remainder of his estate to the Brush foundation. This foundation, established eighteen months ago, is for the spread and stabilization of birth control. A storm of protest followed its inauguration. At the time he announced his foundation, the inventor said its purpose was "to contribute to the betterment of the human stock and to the regulation of the increase of population, to the end that children shall be begotten only under conditions which make possible a heritage of mental and physical health and a favorable environment” Tweny-two in C.
