Pilot Roger O Williams and Navigator Lewis A Yancey of the Green Flash, who hope to make a non-siop flight to Rome, stated there was no possibility of a takeoff before Wednesday at the earliest, and that weather forecasts were not particularly promising. Polls just taken indicate a 55 to 22 majority of the body's membership are prepared to vote for open consideration of nominations sent to the senate by the President. Five different proposals for changes in the senate rules affecting publicity are before the rules committee at present, and Chairman Moses has promised they are to receive early consideration.
