PLANE BUILDERS TO GET AIR RIDE Four Prizes Are Offered in Times Contest.. Four silver cups will be given the boys with the prize-winning planes. A cup for the plane that flies the highest, cup for the planes that stays up the longest, a cup for the plane doing the most acrobatic stunts, and a fourth cup for the best-looking plane, this award being based on general appearance and design. Judges in the contest will be R. ■Walter Jarvis, city park superintendent; H. Weir Cook, Lieutenant Floyd F. Ferris, United States navy, and Richard James, youngest transcontinental flier. Special street, car service will be provided after 1:30 Saturday afternoon. The car are marked "Mars Hill” and travel east on Washington Street to Illinois street and then turn south.
