Anzalon*. an automobile mechanic, charged he was slugged and taken to Jail here, with no charges lodged against him, because he objected to Kdward Mogland. prohibition agent, paving attentions to Mrs. Anzalone. Anzalone was released from jail !’ f noon Monday. He said Mogland atracked him and that he was locked up at midnight Sunday. He said he called the prohibition office yesterday and was told, “you better keep your mouth shut and keep this .story out of the newspapers if you want to stay out of jail." Sunday, he said, he met Mogland and the battle followed.
