Long for alleged attempted bribery, the Louisiana house of representatives today considered the additional charge of misappropriation of state funds. The bribery charge alleged that Gontrnor Long attempted to brioe Representatives Felix Delaune and Adolphe Guevmard with salaried pc itions in return for their support of his propo.-ed oil tax measure Another count, charging that the Governor attempted to intimidate a Baton Rouge editor, already has been voted by the house. The charge taken up today alleges tnat Governor Long misappropriated state funds in connection with the Governors’ conference at New Orleans last fall. The senate approved a plan to postpone impeachment nroceedings against the young state executive until the house has finished its work of considering charges, provided the house finished in a reasonable time. $530,000 ISSUE FOR HOSPITAL IS INTRODUCED Ordinance for First Unit of Expansion Program Considered. An ordinance for a $530,000 bond issue for a city hospital power plant and connections was considered today by the council health committee. The ordinance was introduced at a special meeting Thursday night on request of the city health board. Introduction of two other ordinances for an out-patient and laboratory building and two ward units was delayed pending agreement on the project by councilmen, the health board and Mayor L. Ert Slack. The health board requested an ordinance for $516,000 for the fourstory out-patient structure and $875,000 for the four-story ward units. Mayor L. Ert Slack sent a three page communication to the council urging the passage of the entire $2,225,000 building project. Slack urged the council to act
