INDIANA REAL ESTATE BOARDS ATTEND SHOW Weather Fails to Affect Home Exposition Attendance. Despite inclement weather there has been no tailing off in attendance at the Indianapolis Real Estate Board's home show at the fairground. More than 55,000 have attended the show since it opened April 4 and more than another 50,000 are expected to have attended by the time the show closes Saturday night. Today is Indiana day at the show, and real estate men from all Indiana cities who are expected to attend were to be the guests of the Indianapolis Real Estate Board at the weekly luncheon-meeting this noon. Pola Turns to Dead Rudolph
Pola Negri; her husband, Prince Serge Mdvani, and (inset) Rudolph Valentino.
Bn Unitr.<l Press PARIS, April 10. —Pola Negri paced the streets of Paris today, seeking a motion picture house where she could worship the shadow of Rudolph Valentino. The motion picture actress was up early this morning and left her home at Chateau Seraincourt for a motor trip to Paris. She announced she would seek a motion picture house at which a Valentino picture was being shown, and would spend the entire day there if she found one. Servants at Chateau Seraincourt said Miss Negri never had lost her love for the dead Valentino, even though she was married to Prince Serge Mdvani. They said the Chateau was filled with portraits of Valentino.
It was reported Tuesday that Miss Negri would seek a divorce from Prince Mdvani on grounds of incompatibility. The prince received with philosophical calm the reports that Pola was about to sue for a divorce. “Pola is a wonderful girl,” he said. “But there are times when two people cannot agree. I have returned to my father in Paris.” FORUM CLOSES SUNDAY Meetings of the Indianapolis Jewish Community Center Association Open Forum will close for the third year Sunday with an address by Dr. Alexander Meiklejohn, founder and head of the experimental college of the University of Wisconsin, at the Kirshbaum Center, on “What Ought We Think?”

DROP CHARGES AGAINST GREW OF m ALONE Action Does Not Settle Coast Guard’s Right to Fire on Vessel. By United Press WASHINGTON, April 10.—Dismissal of charges against captain and crew of the schooner I’m Alone left the pursuit and sinking of that vessel the sole point of dispute today in the controversy that has developed over the incident between th's nation and Canada. A protest over sinking of the schooner in the Gulf of Mexico March 22, by a coast guard patrol boat was on file with the state department from the Canadian minister. Withdrawal of rum running charges against the crew has not affected the other phase of the controversy which involves the right of coast guard cutters to pursue foreign vessels suspected of law violations when within an hour’s steaming distance of United States coast. In announcing dropping of the charges, William E. Mitchell, at-torney-general, said the cases were not prosecuted because investigators have been unable to obtain sufficient evidence of law violations by the crew within United States territorial waters. Emphasizing that this action in no way affects the legality of the sinking of the vessel, he said the two matters were entirely separate questions.
