April s.—An Anglo-American disagreement over sovereignty in Antarctica, where Commander Richard E. Byrd now is encamped, today is a matter of diplomatic consideration in Washington and London. The state department has prepared a note contesting certain British claims in Antarctica. A British note to this government tn connection with the Byrd protect and claiming British sovereignty over virtually all ol the Antarctic region was the cause ol the drafting of the American note. British claims are considered nere to be so all-inclusive that practically any future discoveries Byrd or any other American might make would be liable to claim by Britain. The British note mentioned the proclamation of 1926 by the British imperial conference which, the United Press was informed, made claim virtually all of Antarctica then known to exist. This proclamation, made at the suggestion of Australia and in the possession of the state department, held that “British title already

Mr. Dotson called on the Kojola Man a few days ago and made this statement: "Konjola worked wonders for me In a very short time and it is a •pleasant duty of mine to publicly praise it. For fifteen years I had been troubled with all kinds of stomach disorders. Nothing that I ate digested and I was addicted to taking something after meals in order to get some temporary relief I cramped and bloated; gas vas so bad that I became short of breath and hot liquids came into my throat and mouth. A severe and chronic stomach and liver cough kept me awake at night. This grew so bad that my throat w as raw as a piece of meat. I was told that I had a serious ailment, but I certinly failed to find anything that vould relieve me. "One day my brother came to Indianapolis from Hammond, to visit me. It was through his efforts and advice that I decided to give Konjola a trial. I did not have much faith in this medicine and it was more to please him than anything else, that I started the treatment Well, I owe him my undivided gratitude for Konjola was exactly what 1 always needed. Six bottles were all that were necessary to give me new health, to end the stomach trouble of fifteen years standing. By that time I could eat anything I desired sleep soundly, gained strength and energy and was completely relieved of that harrowing cough. In fact. I am just like a different person and can hardly believe that I eve: suffered so much. I have heard Konjola called the medicine with more than a million friends. Well, it certainly has a life-long friend in me ” Is it not logical to believe that what Konjola has done for Mr Dotson. as well as for thousands ol others, it will do for you. for everyone who in suffering? Konjola comes to you backed by an unlimited number of successes over the most obstinate and chronic cases. Every day of delay simply means another day of needless suffering. The Konjola Man is at the Hook Drug Store, Illinois and Washington streets, this city, where he is meeting the public daily introducing and explaining the merits of this mastei medicine.—Advertisement,
