CITY TO ACT ON $300,000 SEWER PLAN Outlying Districts Likely to Get Service, Moore Announces. A local sewer program which will cost about $300,000, to solve sanitary and drainage problems in several sections of the city, is one of several projects with which City Engineer A. H. Moore plans to keep his draftsmen and engineers busy during the winter months, when construction is halted. Plans, specifications, and legal red tape will be gotten out of the way during the winter, so construction may be started as early in the spring as weather will permit.
