Why, make it merry, because merry is the heart and soul of Christmas! It’s more than a jingly little adjective that trots along beside it. Merry is Christmas! Why didn’t we think of that before? And it isn’t so hard, this making the Christmas merry. It isn’t so hard to take the tiredness out of it....the weariness....the sudden loss of heretofore kind and placid dispositions it isn’t so hard to take the heartache out and put Cheeriness instead!
