LEGION TO ASK VETERANS’ AID New Relief Plans Will Be Put Up to Congress. By Times Special WASHINGTON, Nov. 16. The peak load of mental cases will not be reached until 1943, it is estimated. The senate will be asked to create a special committee for consideration of veterans’ relief legislation, as was done in the house.
