HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS TO BE 61 VENAWAY IN THRILLING MAN HUNT Hundreds of dollars In gold will be given away at Sunset Trails Saturday and Sunday by eleven MYSTERY MEN. These men look just like ordinary folks. You don’t know who they are. \ou are to find them and address them with the magic words quoted in this column. And if you DO find one of them you get an award of $25 or SIOO in gold. Ten of the Mystery Men are worth $25 each if you find them and the eleventh is worth SIOO. That’s real money.
REMEMBER THESE MAGIC WORDS Better clip this out. To make one of the ten $25 Men of Mystery admit his identity and give you $25, you must say: “You are a Mystery Man of Sunset Trails . . . Give to me the purse of gold.” To make the Mysterious Number Eleven admit his identity and give you the SIOO award, you must say: “You are Mysterious Number Eleven , . . The prize belongs to me.” You must use the exact words—so it will pay you to memorize them carefully before you go to Sunset Trails.
You may think you won’t be fortunate enough to get one of the big awards. But the Mystery Men certainly will be found and you have exactly the same chance as anyone else. The hunt for these Mystery Men will be thrilling. You’ll see ordinarily staid and dignified men and women running here and there saying, “You are a Mystery Man, etc.” It will be a barrel of fun. Come out and get in the game.

FREE BUSSES LEAVE EVERY TEN MINUTES The Sunset Trails headquarters tent is at 16th street and Tibbs avenue. The Sunset Trails property extends to the North, West and South from 16th and Tibbs. It is right at the edge of Indianapolis—just a short distance out over the Emrichsville bridge. It is only about 15 minutes by automobile from the Monument. If you’re driving your own car, just go out through the park and over the bridge and follow the arrows. If you’re not driving, come to the Sunset Trails office at 140 Monument Circle in the English Hotel building and ride out in one of the free busses. On account of the crowds, these busses may not be parked immed'ately in front of the office on Saturday—but they won’t be far away. If you see one at the curb, just get in. If it is in motion, hail it. And if there are none in sight, step into the office and you will be taken out promptly. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO DO THIS. YOU ARE NOT PLACED UNDER THE SLIGHTEST OBLIGATION BY ACCEPTING THIS INVITATION. WE’RE GLAD TO HAVE YOU. EVEN IF YOU HAVEN’T THE SLIGHTEST IDEA OF BUYING A LOT. Free busses run Sunday also. In case it is more convenient for you, you can use the regular Speedway busses which operate on a fifteen-minute schedule and pass directly in front of the property.

PICK YOUR LOT AND NAME YOUR OWN PRICE In this unusual Silent Auction you actually pick out your lot and name your own price for it. Finding a lot that you like, you estimate its actual value. Then you deduct maybe 50 per cent from that valuation and make your bid on that basis. You write your bid on a card supplied for the purpose and hand it to a salesman. If there are no higher bids in, the lot is yours. ALL yours. This plan means that you can come here in a position to pay as low as SSO for a Iot—AND GET IT. You must pay cash, it is true. But the full price will be no greater than the amount that is often asked as a down payment on property of equal value. With responsible people we will be willing to discuss accommodations for a short period. If you do buy a lot, we earnestly advise you to hold it for resale at a profit. Indianapolis is the best town in the United States, and with property right at the edge of town in a good location, as these lots are, do you have any doubt in the world that you can take a profit on it? You’ll enjoy the Silent Auction. It will be full of suspense and surprises. ONE OF THE BIG SURPRISES FOR YOU W ILL BE THE LOW PRICE WHICH WILL MAKE YOU OWNER OF ONE OF THESE LOTS.
